Home Inspector
- To renew your Home Inspectors License in the state of Kentucky, you are required to complete 14 hours of continuing education every license year prior to renewal.
- 3 hours of continuing education must be in manufactured housing, 3 hours in Kentucky laws and regulations, and 6 hours of applicable standards of practice.
- You are only required to complete continuing education if you have been licensed for 12 months or more. Licenses expire on the last day of your birth month. Continuing education must be completed prior to expiration.
- Licensees shall retain a record of continuing education completion to verify compliance upon request of the Board.
