- To renew your Real Estate License in the state of Kentucky, you are required to complete 6 hours of continuing education every year.
- 3 hours must be on the study of real estate law. The remaining hours must be obtained in topics related to real estate.
- Continuing education completion must be submitted every year, as well as core course completion.
- Excess continuing education hours may not be carried over to the next year’s requirements.
